Its a bit misworded i think. After the dominion patch i had a skill training that took 3+ days. I then injected a book. Clearly the book skill couldnt fit in the end of que. So what it should read is- book cant be injected without prereqs train...

Im guessing you mean a hardwire implant- they usually have a bonus listed as a %.. Attribute implants are the +2, +3, +4, +5 ones and pirate implants are attribute implants with a bonus to something else.. i do not know of anything resembling a 7...

Do these actually work? Im asking because i have a Administration agent so i trained up Political connections- a skill that gives a 5% increase in loyalty points to that agent type. I checked the mission but did not accept it and trained the skill...

Found this after reading that sticky.. (Note that the secondary attribute has exactly half the effect of the primary attribute.) So that would explain the difference- after rechecking char 1 does have a higher primary attribute then char 2's prim...
